Quick fixes

The app won’t open or crashes on launch

  1. Force quit the app and open it again.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Check for an update on the App Store / Play Store.
  4. If it still fails: email us with your device model, OS version, and app version (Settings → General → About → Version, or the app’s version from the store listing).

Poems don’t load or the list is empty

The catalog is bundled inside the app. If the list is empty after install:

  1. Update to the latest version from the store.
  2. If the problem remains, contact us — include a screenshot if possible.

Faal button does nothing

The faal flow waits a short moment on purpose. Make sure you’re online only if your build requires it (the standard design is offline for text). If the button stays disabled, the app may still be loading fonts or data: wait a few seconds, then try again.

Text looks cut off or the wrong font

Tell us your device, OS version, and whether you use Display Zoom or large accessibility text sizes. We use readable defaults, but extreme sizes can affect layout.

RTL / Persian display issues

Describe what looks wrong (which screen, which line), and attach a screenshot. Mention if you use a right‑to‑left system language or mixed LTR/RTL settings.
